Zazi Luxury Designs – Return & Exchange Policy

At Zazi Luxury Designs, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

    • Gift cards.

    • Undergarments, hosiery, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

    • Custom or personalized items.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@zaziluxury.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Please specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship Your Item: Ship your package to the address provided with your RMA instructions.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, Zazi Luxury Designs will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Other Returns/Exchanges: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as Zazi Luxury Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zazi Luxury Designs error.

 

5. Exchanges

  • If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the desired size, color, or style in your return request.

  • Once your returned item is received and approved, we will ship out your new item.

  • If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund the difference.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned item.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
